Ruth Rizkalla

A partner at The Carlson Law Firm, which has been recognized as a Super Lawyers law office, Ruth Rizkalla represents clients in legal matters of mass torts and business litigation in Manhattan Beach, California, and throughout the United States. During her career spanning almost two decades, she has gained extensive experience in partnership dissolutions, complex business litigation, dangerous drugs and defective products. She served as co-lead in suits filed against the makers of Zoloft, Cymbalta, Xarelto and several other large corporations.

Ms. Rizkalla received her Bachelor of Science in 1998 from Santa Clara University, then moved on to law school. In 2002, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco. To expand her international experience, she spent one summer in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Charles University Faculty of Law and another in Bali, Indonesia, at the Udayana University Faculty of Law.

Admitted to practice in the state of California, Ms. Rizkalla is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

She is a member of the Women En Mass and the American Association for Justice. Passionate about protecting the innocent, she focuses her efforts on representing the injured as they strive to work through changes to their lives that come through no fault of their own. Her primary goal is to hold companies responsible for their actions.
