The founder and principal attorney at Graham Law Corp, Ms. Alice Graham concentrates her practice on real estate law and business transactions. Armed with 45-plus years of legal experience, she advocates for the rights of property owners, investors, developers, contractors, commercial landlords and tenants, homeowner's associations and others.

In her legal career, Ms. Graham has handled business, real property and insurance cases in various courts, including the trial courts, appellate courts and the California Supreme Court. She has also served as a mediator in private disputes, including those involving personal injury, unlawful detainer and civil harassment disputes.

After completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Graham attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and obtained her Juris Doctor in 1978. She was admitted to The State Bar of California the same year.

A reputed professional, Ms. Graham served as a board member of the Santa Monica Bar Association and a member of the executive committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association – Small Firms and Solo Section. She also functioned as the vice chair of The State Bar of California’s Real Property Section.
