Robert Scott Kennard

Robert Scott Kennard is the managing partner of the Nelson-Kennard law firm in McClellan, California. A top-ranked trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Kennard provides exceptional counsel and support to a diverse range of consumer and commercial creditor grantors throughout the States of California and Washington. 

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Kennard has achieved remarkable success fighting for the rights and interests of regional and national financial institutions and other lenders, including national and regional banking institutions, automotive finance companies, credit unions, direct lenders and leasing companies. From his efforts, he has helped his clients obtain the favorable outcomes they seek for their legal issues involving creditor/debtor rights as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

Mr. Kennard holds his license to practice in California, Washington and District of Columbia and an active member of the The State Bar of California, Washington and the District of Columbia, The National Creditors Bars Association, The California Creditors Bar Association and The Receivables Management Association International among his other professional affiliations.
