Earlier in his law career, Mr. Park served as in-house counsel for organizations and worked in a private capacity for several law firms. He founded Park Legal, PC, with the goal of helping businesses resolve complex legal issues through practical and efficient methods.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Park speaks on corporate and securities law topics at continuing legal education seminars and to entrepreneurs and other professionals. He has authored articles for professional publications and served as an assistant professor of management at the School of Business and Management at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has also taught at Stanford University.
Mr. Park is a member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Asian Alumni Chapter and serves as general counsel of the Harvard Club of Silicon Valley. He has also served in leadership positions for the Palo Alto Area Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley, and the American Bar Association.
