James S. Bostwick

James S. Bostwick is founder of Bostwick & Peterson, LLP, and represents clients in California, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Florida. With over 45 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Bostwick focuses his efforts to cases of personal injury, medical malpractice and professional liability. In 2002, the Consumer Attorneys of California nominated him as California Trial lawyer of the Year, and he has been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s top attorneys by both the San Francisco Chronicle and the California Bar Journal.Mr. Bostwick began his career with an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. He then obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to practice in the state courts of California.
