Cynthia Roehl

Cynthia Roehl is an attorney and owner of the Roehl Law Group, P.C., in Mission Viejo, California. She has over 25 years of legal experience and practices estate planning, and trust and estate administration. She serves clients throughout Orange County and Irvine.

Over the course of her years in practice, Ms. Roehl has provided valuable guidance and diligent representation to California residents. She understands the importance of a solid estate plan and enjoys helping her clients develop and maintain the best plan for their specific situation. Her main focus is always the best interest of her clients, and she provides consistent and dedicated representation.

After graduating cum laude with a bachelor's degree in linguistics from the University of California, Irvine, in 1985, Ms. Roehl attended the University of Houston Law Center and received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1996. The next year, she obtained her license to practice across all California state courts.

Additionally, Ms. Roehl is a former speaker at numerous continuing legal education conferences and seminars. She has also lectured for groups including the Orange County Bar Association and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California.

As an active and contributing member of her legal community, Ms. Roehl belongs to The State Bar of California’s Probate and Trust Law and the Orange County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section (past chair). Over the years, she has written significant content for continuing legal education publications on estate planning, conservatorship, probate and trust topics.
