Bradley J. Swingle

Bradley J. Swingle is a reputed personal injury attorney and partner at Swingle, Van Egmond, & Heitlinger in Modesto, California. He takes on insurance defense and public entity defense matters in addition to litigating personal injury cases pertaining to physical elder abuse, workplace accidents, dangerous products, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and premises liability.

Majoring in political science, Mr. Swingle pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Davis. He then obtained a Doctorate in Law from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California. He was admitted by The State Bar of California in 1994. He also appears before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
