A board-certified estate planner, certified by the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners, Ms. Delahanty works actively with her clients to help them achieve their goals and future plans involving protection of their assets, probate administrations and wills. Ms. Delahanty was admitted by The State Bar of California to practice law in the state in 2006 and represents her clients before multiple courts in the state, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. The extensive experience she has gained from presiding as the lead attorney in over a thousand cases and taking charge of several hundred depositions has helped her become a well-seasoned and highly skilled litigator.
Majoring in managerial economics, Ms. Delahanty earned her bachelor’s degree in science from University of California, Davis, before attending University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law for her law studies. She obtained her Juris Doctor along with a taxation certificate from the university in 2005.
Highly active in the legal community, Ms. Delahanty finds her joy and peace by giving back to the community and provides pro bono services to seniors through the Senior Law Project. She also serves at various positions in many professional organizations, such as being the chair of the board of trustees at the Children’s Crisis Center of Stanislaus County, Inc., and a member of the board of directors at the Stanislaus County Bar Association.
