Ms. Cho received her Juris Doctor in 1993 from the University of San Francisco School of Law after earning a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies in 1989 from the University of California, Berkeley. She was admitted to practice in California in 1994. Since 2000, Ms. Cho has provided numerous speaking engagements to the community including public services for community organizations and individuals unable to afford an attorney including various volunteer and pro bono services. Ms. Cho has lectured on estate planning at financial planning seminars, as well as providing family planning and counseling and volunteer career-counseling lecturer.
