Bobby Waltman

Bobby Waltman is personal injury attorney at The Law Offices of Ted B. Wacker. Bobby attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 2007 with honors and was awarded Distinction in the Major for his scholastic achievements. He pursued his interest in law at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 2012. While at law school, he was bestowed a full merit scholarship, served as the social justice chair of the Public Interest Law Foundation and performed a stint as the president of the Chapman’s National Lawyers’ Guild Chapter. 

Mr. Waltman is fluent in Spanish and Farsi, further augmenting his ability to represent a diverse clientele. An active member of the Californian legal sphere, he upholds memberships with many notable organizations, such as the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Orange Country Trial Lawyers Association,  and the Orange County Bar Association. In addition to his legal practice and his engagement with the larger legal community, he was a founding board member of H.I.R.E., a nonprofit association that encourages reintegration and employment of the formerly incarcerated and dedicates time to mentoring law students on litigation and trial at his alma mater. 

As a former mediator at the Riverside County Superior Court and deputy public defender at Orange County, Mr. Waltman has a diverse set of experiences complementing the shrewd legal acumen he acquired as a skilled litigator and negotiator.
