Garrick A. Hollander

Founder and co-managing partner of Winthrop Golubow Hollander, LLP, Garrick A. Hollander has been named Lawyer of the Year in Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law by The Best Lawyers of America (2015-2025), as historically published in U.S. News World Report, for his work with clients in Newport Beach, California. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and real estate broker with years of corporate finance and financial restructuring experience, Garrick Hollander brings a unique business and financial understanding, perspective and approach to the practice of law.  

Licensed to practice law in the states of California, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and the District of Columbia, Mr. Hollander is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the California Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.   

In 1988, Mr. Hollander graduated cum laude with special honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.  In 1993, he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating in the top of his class at Loyola Law School.  Garrick Hollander is currently a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Sections of the Orange County Bar Association, the California Bankruptcy Forum and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Hollander gives back to his community through his significant contributions to, for example, the Anti-Defamation League (where he also serves on the Board of Directors), the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, the Jewish Federation, and more.
