Jehan N. Jayakumar

Mr. Jayakumar’s career has been focused on labor and employment cases. He has spent more than a decade advising businesses on issues ranging from contractual disputes to discrimination claims to representing companies before administrative agencies. Bringing a deep understanding of state and federal laws to his practice, Mr. Jayakumar successfully navigates settlement discussions and courtroom proceedings. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California as well as all state courts.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Jayakumar serves as counsel to the California Chiropractic Association, the National Chiropractic Council, and American Acupuncture Council and U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group. He is a member of the National Association of Chiropractic Attorneys, the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California, and the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section.

In 1999, Mr. Jayakumar received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Irvine. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 2002 from the University of California, Davis, School of Law.
