Melody Parman

Representing clients across California from her office at Avrek Law Firm in Newport Beach, Melody Parman assists individuals who have been injured or wronged due to the negligence of someone else. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of personal injury law, she handles cases involving car accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents and trucking accidents, among others. Dedicated to helping her clients, she ensures they feel heard and supported throughout the legal process.

Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Parman completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. While in university, she served as the president of the Political Science Club and competed on the Model United Nations team, developing her public speaking, research and analytical skills. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2010.

Devoting her career to personal injury law since she obtained her licensure, Ms. Parman has successfully counseled numerous clients in trials and negotiations, securing fair compensation for their injuries and suffering. Notably, she obtained a $45 million settlement for a minor who was severely injured, $42.75 million for a client who sustained a traumatic brain injury and $27 million for her client in a motorcyclist injury case, forcing the defendant to pay full damages despite low insurance policy limits.

Her ongoing efforts have earned Ms. Parman placement on the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 lists. She was also named to the National Women Trial Lawyers Association – Top 25 California. The U.S. Department of Defense further recognized her as a Patriotic Employer for her dedication to providing her clients with unparalleled counsel.
