Steven Hilst

A well-established personal injury lawyer in California, Steven Hilst is also a partner at the Newport Beach-based Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys, LLP. The firm has offices in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego, across California. An alumnus of the University of Southern California, Mr. Hilst completed his bachelor’s degree in American government and politics in 1984. Soon after, he enrolled at Santa Clara University School of Law and completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1987. While in law school, he helped advocate for the interests of businesses and corporations, which gave him next to no satisfaction. He later realized his passion for utilizing his legal acumen to help people obtain justice and turn their lives around.

Practicing law for 30-plus years, Mr. Hilst thrives on the satisfaction of being able to help people at the lowest point in their lives after losing a loved one or incurring a serious injury due to no fault of their own.
