An accomplished scholar and a diligent practitioner, Mr. McElfish graduated from the University of California San Diego in 1999, majoring in political science. He obtained his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California, in 2003, where he achieved a position on the dean's list and was honored with the Cali Award. He also received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, California, in 2004. He is admitted to practice law in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
