Wendy L. C. Fountain

A veteran advocate for her clients with over 25 years of experience, Wendy L. C. Fountain handles all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, child custody, support and visitation, domestic violence, marital property, father’s rights, paternity and prenuptial agreements, as well as same-sex family law. At the law office of Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC, in Newport Beach, California, she is a champion proponent of using collaborative law methods to help resolve conflicts that would otherwise becoming financially and emotionally consuming for her clients. 

Ms. Fountain completed her undergraduate studies in 1993, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and communications from California State University in Fullerton. She went on to enroll at the Western State College of Law, where she bolstered her legal foundations, and expanded on her legal and practical knowledge through her active involvement in activities on campus. She received her Juris Doctor in 1997, and in the next year, she obtained her license to practice law in California. She later became certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a family law specialist. 

Early in her career, Ms. Fountain served as a deputy district attorney at the Family Support Division of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, giving her invaluable exposure to the many difficulties families of all walks of life face, and conviction to help them overcome these difficult challenges. Since then, she has been a tour de force for her clients, pursuing every available legal avenue to resolve their disputes with grace and poise, as well as in a timely manner. For her many contributions, she has been rated a perfect score of “10.0” on Avvo, as well as being the recipient of the site’s Client’s Choice Award. She has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Super Lawyer for 2025 and 2026.

Within her legal community, Ms. Fountain has held positions of prominence across many legal organizations, including serving on all executive levels at the Orange County Bar Association, as well as president. She is also a member of The State Bar of California and the Robert A. Banyard American Inn of Court.
