David A. Gauntlett

Mr. Gauntlett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of California at Irvine in 1976. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 1979. Licensed to practice law in California since 1980, he is also admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th, 9th and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California, as well as the District of Connecticut.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Gauntlett is a member of the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Corporate Counsel Committee and the Antitrust Committee of the Litigation Section, and has been appointed Vice-Chair of Insurance Coverage.
