Licensed to practice law in California since 1980, he is also admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th, 9th and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California, as well as the District of Connecticut.
