Admitted to practice in California and Hawaii, Mr. Brayton is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 9th Circuits, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
