Mr. Silver completed his undergraduate studies in 1991 at the University of Miami, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in communications and history. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law in 1994, as well as his license to practice law in Florida a year later. In 2013, he became licensed to practice law in California and gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Silver has judiciously taken on thousands of cases, as well as his involvement in over fifty jury trials, which went to verdict.
