A prominent workers’ compensation attorney based in Oakland, California, Ian M. Cooper has helped myriad clients across his nearly 30 years of experience in the legal field. From the Law Offices of John E. Hill since the start of his career, he has practical knowledge of medical treatment disputes, disability claims and denied appeals. He fights tooth and nail to make sure his clients are financially secure for the future and do not let their injury/disability define them.
A 1984 B.A. degree graduate from the California Polytechnic State University – Humboldt, Mr. Cooper set his sights clear on practicing law and attended the University of San Francisco School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 1992, and in the same year, his license to practice in California. This includes The State Bar of California, the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers’ Association and the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.
