- O'Haire v. City and County of San Francisco. Represented a former police department attorney in a whistleblower lawsuit against the City and County of San Francisco and Chief of Police Greg Suhr. O'Haire had recommeded Suhr be terminated when she was an internal affairs attorney. When he became Chief, he promptly fired her. The case settled for $725,000.00 after pretrial motions and just before jury selection, 2015
