Kristin A. Pace is a partner at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Located in Oakland, California, she has been offering reliable and skillful legal representation to her clients for more than three decades. After receiving her graduate degree in 1988 from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Ms. Pace attended New York University to pursue her LL.M. degree. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. The accomplishments of Ms. Pace have earned her an AV Preeminent* peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating. She was also selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America from 2016 to 2021.

She stays involved in her legal community and maintains active membership in the Alameda County Bar Association and The State Bar of California – Tax Practice, and Estates and Trusts Section. She is a board member of the East Bay Estate Planning Council and a past board president of the Girls Inc. of Alameda County, among her other professional affiliations.

Admitted to practice in the state of California, Ms. Pace also has experience serving as an adjunct professor at the Golden Gate University School of Law, where she taught graduate law students. She is a regular speaker at many forums on interesting topics associated with her field.
