Todd A. Walburg is a partner at McCune Law Group, where he heads the firm's Oakland office, in California. With over two decades of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Walburg has represented plaintiffs across the United States in a range of cases, including product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, class action lawsuits, mass torts and whistleblower claims.
Mr. Walburg’s dedication to the legal field began at the age of 18 when he worked part-time for a personal injury trial attorney, a role that ignited his passion for advocating on behalf of individuals affected by corporate misconduct or individual negligence. Beyond his litigation accomplishments, Mr. Walburg is an active contributor to the legal community in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has held positions on the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association’s board of directors since 2013 and the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association’s board of governors since 2003.
