Ms. Craft is driven by her passion for supporting makers, crafters, builders and other vibrant creative entrepreneurs. Her guidance extends to advising companies on outsourcing and employment matters, intellectual property, branding, marketing laws, product development (both domestic and international), legal and regulatory compliance, AML/CFT and FTC regulations, data disclosure, social media content moderation laws, data privacy management and international trade.
Beyond her legal career, Ms. Craft harbors a deep enthusiasm for real estate investment and education, particularly the concept of unschooling. As a mentor with the French Unschool Project, she helps children discover and shape their most authentic selves. Ms. Craft holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and Masters of Laws from Sciences Po and the University of the Sorbonne. She initially served as legal counsel for a cutting-edge real estate tech company before transitioning to tackle product liability cases. Now, she dedicates her practice to navigating the intricacies of commercial agreements.
