Adam M. Jackson

A tenacious and passionate criminal defense attorney, Adam M. Jackson is the owner of the law firm Inland Empire Criminal Defense, in Ontario, California. For nearly a decade, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing various facets of criminal law, encompassing DUI/DWI, sex offenses, drug-related matters, murder cases and white collar crimes. He takes a client-oriented approach, going above and beyond to comprehend his clients' and their families' challenges, enabling him to provide a favorable defense. 

After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, Mr. Jackson attended the Whittier College School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor (2014) and earned a place on the dean's honor list from 2012 to 2014. While at the law school, he received the esteemed recognition of being voted as the Criminal Law Student of the Year by the faculty. Furthermore, he held the prominent position of president within the Criminal Law Society, as elected by his peers. He is also well-versed in Spanish. 

Mr. Jackson has gained extensive legal experience through multiple internships at the District Attorney's Office and Orange County Superior Court, as well as working as a legal assistant at a criminal defense firm. He has practiced law in Orange County, Los Angeles, and presently in the Inland Empire Criminal Defense – Riverside and San Bernardino County. Also, he has developed strong relationships with the local district attorneys and judges because of his familiarity with the local area.

Licensed to practice in California since 2014, Mr. Jackson is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Born and raised in North Carolina, he relocated to Southern California in 2011. Over the course of his career, he has successfully abated or overturned significant felony charges during preliminary hearings. Additionally, he has been instrumental in securing positive outcomes for clients facing murder charges, giving them a chance to rebuild their lives.
