Ana M. Allec

Ana M. Allec is an associate at Nutter, McClennen & Fish in Orinda, California. She advises clients across the San Francisco Bay Area on estate and trust administration, litigation, and probate matters, providing tailored legal guidance to meet each client’s unique needs.

Ms. Allec served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Judge John H. Sugiyama in the Probate Department of the Contra Costa County Superior Court. Since starting her legal career, she has guided families in developing comprehensive estate plans designed to minimize disputes and ensure that their wishes are carried out. She advises both individual and professional fiduciaries—trustees, executors, and administrators—on the proper administration of estates and trusts and fulfilling their legal responsibilities. When disputes arise, she advocates for individual beneficiaries to protect and enforce their rights.

Ms. Allec received her bachelor’s degree in political science from San Francisco State University and her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2018. In law school, she was managing editor of the Environmental Law Journal, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts and Wills and Trusts, and received the Grotius Award for Academic Excellence in International Law. She also excelled in mock trial competition and was active in several student organizations.

Ms. Allec is fluent in Spanish and equipped to serve a diverse range of clients. She is the Vice President of East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL), an active member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and a volunteer with Contra Costa Seniors Legal Services (CCSLS) and the Alameda County Property Transfer Clinic.
