Earl Schurmer

A 1986 Bachelor of Arts, political science, graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Schurmer obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 1991. He holds his admission to practice before all of California's state and federal courts, and he serves as the judge pro tem for the Santa Barbara and Ventura Superior Courts.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Schurmer is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Association for Justice, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association, as well as the Santa Barbara and Ventura American Inns of Court.
