Mr. Ofseyer graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina in 1986 and went on to attend Harvard Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude four years later. With a penchant for continuously learning and improving, he earned his Master of Arts degree from New York University in 1993 and later completed his Ph.D. in 1999 at the University of North Carolina.
First obtaining his license to practice law in New York in 1992, Mr. Ofseyer became licensed to practice law in California at the turn of the century and has maintained consistency in his eminent advocacy. He stays actively involved within his legal community to promote his client-centric ideals, including in legal organizations such as The State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates Section) and the Desert Bar Association.
