Attorney Diane J.N. Morin of the Law Offices of Diane J.N. She later attended and graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Before turning to family law and opening her own practice, Ms. Morin worked with appellate, criminal law and insurance law. She served as a research attorney in the Superior Court of California, Alameda County, a district attorney for the County of Santa Clara and also as an attorney in a private firm. She has been licensed to practice law in the state of California since 1983.

Ms. Morin handles all areas of family law including divorce, annulment, custody, international abduction issues, paternity, property division, restraining orders and more. She is certified as a family law specialist by The State Bar of California Department of Legal Specialization and also serves as a mediator. Raised in Italy, she is fluent in English, Italian and French, and also speaks some Spanish, Portuguese and German.
