Chris C. Han

Mr. Han is a commercial litigation attorney and the founding and managing partner of Han LLP Attorneys at Law in Los Angeles, California. He represents privately held companies, partnerships, private investment funds, and emerging startups in high-stakes business disputes across the greater Los Angeles area. His practice centers on commercial litigation, business disputes, and contract litigation.

Mr. Han is a strategist first. He starts with the client's commercial objective, then builds the shortest path to it — pressing through trial, resolving early to protect a key relationship, or creating the leverage that forces a favorable deal. Mr. Han earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Irvine (2005) and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law (2014). He is admitted to practice in California, New York, and Massachusetts, and before the federal courts in each state.
