A founding partner of Jung & Yuen, LLP, Curtis Jung focuses on banking, creditor’s rights, business litigation and real estate. With over 25 years of trial and litigation experience, he is the go to lawyer among Asian Pacific financial institutions. In addition to the Federal Reserve Bank and FDIC, his firm represents public utilities and government entities in eminent domain and real estate litigation. In 2008, he won a jury defense verdict on behalf of a bank which was recognized as one of the year’s top defense verdicts by the Daily Journal.
