- $4,200,000 - Van v. Automobile - Orthopedic Injuries. Settlement for a young man involved in a violent collision that resulted in several orthopedic injuries and a concussion. Past medical expenses were around $350,000, making much of this excellent result the value added for our client's pain and suffering damages., 2024
- $875,000 - Settlement for a woman who was involved in a rear end accident. She underwent two epidural injections and multiple rounds of surgical consultations for a two-level cervical disc replacement (with possible fusion), but she never scheduled a surgery.
