Lisa Tan

Lisa Tan is an estate, probate and trust litigation attorney at Trust Law Partners LLP. As a partner of the firm, Ms. Tan and her firm represent clients in California and Texas. In addition to estate and trust law, her past legal experience includes complex business and civil litigation.

Ms. Tan is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. Her practice includes handling claims involving will and trust contests, breaches of fiduciary duty, contested heirships, contested powers of attorney, estate management issues, fraudulent transfers, partitions, and all other aspects of trust and probate litigation.

Lisa is a respected and esteemed attorney and has been chosen by her peers as a Super Lawyer numerous times in her career. Outside of her law practice, she stays involved in the legal community. She is an active member of the State Bar of California and has held leadership roles in her local Bar Associations.  In her spare time, she enjoys travel, fine dining and attending the gym on a regular basis.  

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in international relations at the University of Southern California, Ms. Tan went on to earn her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  Lisa and her firm are highly experienced in Trust and Estate Litigation and offer services throughout California and Texas.
