Mark L. Russakow

Attorney Mark L. Russakow is a partner at Trust Law Partners LLP in Pasadena, California. Mr. Russakow practices estate, probate and trust litigation, serving clients in Los Angeles, throughout Southern California and on a statewide basis when necessary.

Mr. Russakow has been practicing law for over 25 years and is experienced with litigation, arbitration and mediation. Over the course of his career, he has helped numerous California residents resolve their complex estate or probate disputes. Prior to joining Trust Law Partners LLP, he practiced with another California-based law firm, managing a practice focused on appeals, insurance law, labor law, personal injury and general civil litigation. 

Having earned the respect of his peers in the legal profession, Mr. Russakow has been included on Pasadena magazine’s “Top Lawyers” list and appeared in the Daily Journal. He has significant trial and courtroom experience and provides outstanding legal services to his clients and guiding them through the intricacies of estate, probate and trust litigation.

An engaged and active member of his legal community, Mr. Russakow acts as a legal correspondent for a local radio station. He belongs to the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Mr. Russakow received his law degree from Loyola Law School Los Angeles. He is qualified to practice law before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
