Omar J. Yassin

Omar J. Yassin, of Yassin Law in Newport Beach, California, concentrates his practice on business litigation. Mr. Yassin has over 20 years of legal experience handling all types of business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, partner disputes and more. He serves clients in Los Angeles and Orange counties, and throughout Southern California from Santa Barbara to San Diego.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Yassin has helped numerous individuals, business owners and companies achieve successful results. In addition to business litigation, he handles real estate matters involving commercial leases, contract disputes, and real estate closings. 

An experienced litigator and arbitrator, Mr. Yassin consistently provides the highest quality of service for his clients. Mr. Yassin graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1999, graduating with distinction. While attending law school, he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. 

Upon law school graduation, Mr. Yassin returned to California and passed the California Bar Examination. He holds licenses to practice law before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
