Jesse J. Garcia

In the same year he graduated, he was licensed to practice law in the state of California. Right after law school, he performed a stint as a Reginald Heber Smith Community Lawyer Fellow (at the San Joaquin County Legal Aid Society) where he represented various clients in a poverty law environment. 

Before joining private practice, Mr. Garcia worked as an assistant public defender at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office for around six years. Before joining Thompson Garcia Law, he worked at a California-based law practice and further developed his shrewd legal acumen in criminal defense cases. He wholeheartedly handles all his clients’ cases with enthusiasm, understanding that each of them is unique and appropriately molds his defense hinged on their distinctive characteristics.
