Attorney Spojmie Nasiri is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri, PC, in Pleasanton, California. Serving clients throughout the East Bay Area and all across the globe, Ms. Nasiri focuses her practice primarily on immigration law, and she provides unmatched counsel, advocacy and support to those who have legal needs involving any of the following:

While maintaining a successful legal practice, Ms. Nasiri also volunteers her time and services throughout her region, including with the Immigration Law Clinic at the University of California, Davis, and the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at Stanford University. She also supports Afghan immigrants with their legal issues throughout the United States and around the world.

A 1998 graduate of the University of California, Davis, Ms. Nasiri obtained her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2003. She holds admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the California Supreme Court, and she is an active member of The State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, among her other professional affiliations.
