Keith A. Davidson

A partner at Albertson & Davidson, LLP, attorney Keith A. Davidson spreads his practice across California, focusing on resolving matters pertaining to estate, trust and probate litigation disputes. A native of Denver, Colorado, he was previously the managing partner at a law firm based in Carlsbad, California. 

Mr. Davidson graduated cum laude with his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California. He was inducted into the Order of the Coif and also served as a notes and comments editor at the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. He also holds a bachelor’s degree, which he obtained in 1996 from the California State University, San Bernardino. 

Owing to his decades of experience and remarkable reputation in the field, Mr. Davidson has been invited to The National Advocates as a Top 100 Lawyer in wills, trusts and estate law. He has also been rated “Superb” on Avvo and has affiliations with a number of legal organizations, including:
