In that same year, he became licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Admitted to practice in California in 1990, Mr. Conger is authorized to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
