- Disputed liability bus versus bicyclist with road design issues. Following many depositions, including liability and damages experts, the matter resolved globally for $5,050,000 just short of trial., 2019
- Disputed liability electrocution. Our client sustained severe electrical burns and loss of his non-dominant hand. We resolved the case with all defendants for $20,450,000., 2019
- Disputed liability auto versus motorcycle wrongful death. Resolved for $1,500,000, 2018
- Disputed liability dangerous sidewalk condition. Plaintiff's front bicycle tire contacted a sidewalk indention resulting from erosion of decorative brick pavers embedded in the sidewalk, causing him to fall from his bicycle and sustain significant injury to his spine. The matter was globally resolved with all defendants for more than $3,000,000., 2017
- Disputed liability truck versus passenger vehicle collision. Plaintiff underwent a cervical disc replacement and ultimately a cervical fusion. Plaintiff's position was that, although he was still working, his injuries would significantly decrease his work life expectancy. Plaintiff received a total verdict of more than $10,000,000., 2016
