Erin McGaughey

Attorney Erin McGaughey is a native of Los Angeles, California, and a partner at the law firm McGaughey & Spirito, located in Redondo Beach, California. She is a board-certified specialist in family law by the California Board of Legal Specialization – The State Bar of California. She represents the people of Los Angeles County, California, on family law cases involving matters from a spectrum of aspects/issues such as:

• Domestic violence

Apart from litigating complicated cases in court, Ms. McGaughey is also trained and experienced in collaborative law right from 2006. A 1997 graduate of Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara, Ms. McGaughey completed her Juris Doctor at the Loyola Law School – Loyola Marymount University in 2003. She obtained her license to practice in California in the same year, and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Apart from having served as a former president of the South Bay Bar Association, Ms. McGaughey has active affiliations with several reputed associations in the field of law. She also has active memberships in the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association and the organization – A Better Divorce.
