Based in Redwood City, California, Kristine Keala Meredith is a trial lawyer and partner at Danko Meredith, Trial Lawyers. She advocates for accountability and fair outcomes for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by severe injuries. Her practice spans aviation disasters, burn trauma, catastrophic and orthopedic injuries, spinal cord and brain damage, dangerous medications, hazardous property conditions and wrongful death. She handles matters in both state and federal courts and also takes on federal multi-district litigation.
Among her successes, Ms. Meredith was lead counsel in Burdett v. Teledyne Continental Motors, securing a $15 million verdict for a client with brain trauma from an airplane crash. In Dunn v. State of Hawaii, she obtained a $2.2 million judgment. Her motion work in Jing-Li v. Sheng Hsiang Jen Foods led to terminating sanctions and a $50 million recovery. She also represented 59 victims of the PG&E gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno.
Ms. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of California, Davis and earned a scholarship to attend Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she received the Distinguished Student Service Award. She also participated in a faculty-student diversity exchange at Howard University Law School in Washington, D.C. Earlier, she represented medical device manufacturers, physicians and hospitals in national defense teams, gaining insight into complex defense strategies.
Recognized by Forbes as one of the “10 Best Personal Injury Lawyers in San Francisco,” Ms. Meredith serves as an officer of the American Association for Justice and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She sits on the board of governors for the Consumer Attorneys of California and is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
