- During the many years of my practice in family law, I have successfully represented numerous high-asset clients throughout Silicon Valley in every aspect of their dissolution of marriage actions, ensuring positive outcomes with regard to financial issues as well as custody and visitation issues. I recently finished a case in which, at the outset of the case, a father was only able to see his children for one hour per week, but during the pendency of the case, he was awarded an approximately equal timeshare with his children by the court. He also was successful with regard to all of his financial goals at the final trial. In recent years, I have successfully represented clients in situations where the opposing parties had considerably more power and financial resources than my clients and were therefore able to hire prominent, large firms to represent them. I am especially proud of having obtained very positive and happy outcomes for those clients of mine who were facing such tremendous challenges., 2024
