Licensed to practice in California since 2015, Mr. Hamilton is also admitted to all the courts in California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st and 9th Circuits. He secured his Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership from Chapman University, and he graduated with his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of La Verne College of Law. 

In law school, Mr. Hamilton was also the editor-in-chief for both the University of La Verne Law Review and the Journal of Law, Business and Ethics. His academic excellence is further highlighted by his consistent presence on the dean’s list every semester and his receipt of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in 13 courses. For his superior legal writing, he was recognized in the National Order of Scribes by the American Society of Legal Writers.

Mr. Hamilton is a respected member of both the Riverside County Bar Association and the San Bernardino County Bar Association. He is a graduate of the New Attorney Academy, a specialized training program for new attorneys conducted by the Riverside County Bar Association and the Riverside County Superior Court.
