In 1992, Dennis was in a car accident that left him paralyzed and requiring the use of a wheelchair for ambulation. Despite his disability, he has been able to continue his role as a husband, father, business leader and community leader.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Sandoval has assisted thousands of clients with their estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, probate, conservatorship and tax controversy needs. He has a Master of Tax Law (LL.M.) dgeree and Juris Doctorate. He is the only attorney in California who is a Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, Certified Taxation Law Specialist and Certified Elder Law Attorney and Accredited Estate Planner. Mr. Sandoval's devotion to legal skills and ethics has earned him the designation of Fellow from the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney. He has been rated AV-Preeminent* from Martindale Hubbell (its highest rating) and 10.0 (Superb) by Avvo (its highest rating). Mr. Sandoval maintains an active presence in the legal community. He is the author of several articles and treatises on matters relating to estate planning, special needs planning, elder law and tax. He speaks at national and local conferences and other events and teaches as an adjunct professor at four different Universities. In addition to these activities, Mr. Sandoval has served on the Board of Directors and in various officer positions for legal associations and various non-profit organizations primarily working with the elderly and disabled individuals.
