Jean-Simon Serrano

Experienced attorney Jean-Simon Serrano is an associate attorney at the highly respected Riverside law firm Heiting & Irwin, a PLC. After joining the law firm, Mr. Serrano immediately focused his efforts on providing representation to those living in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County and surrounding Southern California who have suffered personal injuries or losses at the hands of other individuals' or businesses' negligence. He regularly represents clients who face both physical and financial struggles in the aftermaths of the following:

Mr. Serrano, a native of British Columbia, moved to California prior to attending college. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from California State University Dominguez Hills. After graduation, he continued his education at University of La Verne College of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2006. The State Bar of California granted him admission that same year, and he has gone on to build a reputation as a consummate legal professional.

In the nearly 10 years that have passed since attorney Serrano began his career, he has distinguished himself by repeatedly demonstrating his legal abilities and extensive knowledge of his practice areas. He has written a number of articles related to personal injury law and has spoken in front of his peers on the topic of legal malpractice.

Mr. Serrano is a highly valued member of the legal community. He Past President of the Riverside County Bar Association (2016-2017) and Past President of the Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire (2022-2023).  He is a member of the Leo A. Deegan American Inn of Court.
