Kasey A. Castillo

Attorney Kasey A. Castillo is a founding and managing partner at Castillo Harper, APC, in Riverside, California. Ms. Castillo focuses her practice on criminal defense and has represented hundreds of clients in state and federal court in matters ranging from serious felonies to traffic offenses. She has experience defending clients against charges of assault, battery, DWI/DUI, drug crimes, motor vehicle crimes, sexual offenses, theft, white collar crime and more.

In addition, Ms. Castillo has the necessary experience to help clients clear their criminal records and get past criminal charges expunged or sealed. She serves clients in and around Riverside, Coachella, Indio and Winchester and throughout San Bernardino County.

Along with her private practice, Ms. Castillo serves as a panel attorney for the Armed Citizens Legal Defense Network, the California Correctional Supervisors Organization, CCW Safe, the PORAC (Peace Officers Research Association of California) Legal Defense Fund and the U.S. Concealed Carry Association. She is also general counsel to several police and fire associations.

Passionate about educating others, Ms. Castillo regularly trains law enforcement agencies and police associations. Recognized for her work, in 2011 the University of Phoenix named her “academic faculty of the year” in Southern California for the College of Criminal Justice and Security.

Giving back to her community is important to Ms. Castillo. She serves on the board of the International Footprint Association and is a founding board member of the Inland Empire Blue Belles.

Ms. Castillo earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from San Diego State University, graduating cum laude. She received her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and holds a law license before all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
