Scott D. Cohen

Scott D. Cohen is the founder and CEO of North Bay Justice in Rohnert Park, California. He represents individuals, businesses and organizations in a range of legal matters, with a practice focused on personal injury, business litigation, real estate and corporate law. Through his practice, he provides legal representation tailored to the circumstances of each client, helping them navigate complex disputes and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Mr. Cohen represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, assault, brain injuries, construction accidents, premises liability and sexual abuse. His practice also includes matters involving landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate issues. In addition to personal injury representation, he assists clients with business formation and planning, noncompete agreements, trade secret matters, and business and corporate disputes.

Among his reported case results, Mr. Cohen obtained a $1.5 million settlement for a client in a motor vehicle accident matter in 2021. He is a member of The State Bar of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Sonoma County Bar Association and the Marin County Bar Association.
