Jeff Lewis represent individuals and businesses in civil litigation as well as appellate matters in Southern California and in land use matters in Palos Verdes, California
Certified by the State Bar of California as an appellate specialist, Mr. Lewis has successfully represented parties before the California Court of Appeal to challenge and defend hard fought judgments.
Mr. Lewis delivers unmatched legal counsel and representation in a number of practice areas in order to help his clients protect their rights and interests in the face of complex legal challenges.
In addition to maintaining a successful appellate practice, Mr. Lewis also provides exceptional advocacy during complex civil, commercial and litigation, and he has extensive experience dealing with matters related to CEQA and land use, anti-SLAPP and First Amendment issues, the Brown Act, and many other legal areas.
A 1992 graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mr. Lewis attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996. That same year, The State Bar of California admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 6th and 9th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Active in his legal community, Mr. Lewis is a member of numerous local and state bar associations, and he is a regular speaker on First Amendment and Malicious Prosecution matters.
