Daniel Richardson

Daniel Richardson is the founder of Richardson Employment Law, P.C., an employment law firm dedicated to aggressively representing California employees who have been wronged in the workplace. His practice focuses on wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, denial of medical or protected leave, wage and hour disputes, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims, along with other employment-related issues.

Mr. Richardson’s extensive experience includes litigating on behalf of Fortune 500 companies at one of the largest international employment law firms. This unique background gives him a tactical understanding of employer defense strategies, which he now leverages to advocate for workers throughout California. His representation is both attentive and results-driven, ensuring that each client receives personalized, strategic advocacy.

He is also committed to holding employers accountable in complex class, representative actions, and PAGA claims, addressing widespread violations of employee rights. His defense-side experience offers a tactical edge, enabling him to anticipate and effectively counter employer strategies.

Mr. Richardson earned his law degree cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. Prior to his legal career, he served in the United States Army with the 10th Mountain Division, including a deployment to Iraq.
